The Ateneo Management Engineering Association aims to form and develop competent and socially responsible business leaders and corporate managers of the future.

Mission:

The Ateneo Management Engineering Association achieves this mission by advocating corporate social responsibility and helping members develop their business and management core competencies through academic support, leadership training, and project implementation.

Core Competency: Corporate Decision Management
It builds on solving specific problems using extensive data analysis of different competencies. While maximizing efficiency on the short-term, CDM proposes solutions relevant to the long-term vision of the organization. Through CDM, we make good decisions better.

Core Advocacy: Corporate Social Responsibility
Simply put, it is “doing good business”. CSR means that businesses should not only be solely concerned with objective results and profits. CSR promotes social awareness by making sure that public interest and welfare is included in corporate decision-making. MEA has a responsibility for the impact of their activities to its members, environment, and the whole Ateneo community.

Donations to the poor, relief work and planting trees do not encompass CSR. Rather, the objective is to incorporate CSR in each and every MEA activity, by considering public interest and welfare, all without compromising our goal of meeting set targets.
