What set Jim apart was his willingness to go over and beyond what was expected of him as a committee member. Most notably, he surpassed the task descriptions passed on to him by the heads. Though time-consuming, he made sure to liaise with the OAS. When revisions had to be made, he diligently made sure these were submitted promptly.
